Construction :

• These Vices are manufactured from close grained Hi Tensile seasoned Cast Iron.
• Jaws : Fully hardened (50±3 HRC) and ground tool steel jaws with parallelism within 0.0012" (30 microns)
• Spindle : Precisely cut ACME threads with pitch most suitable for firm gripping and smooth operations.
• Nut : Hot stamped manganese steelz nut contained in totally enclosed sliding jaws.
• Fasteners : All fasteners used in the vices are grade 10.8 which provide extended strength and rigidity to these vices
